Financial Controller

Anantara, a luxury hospitality brand, seeks a skilled Financial Controller to oversee and administer all financial aspects of its hotel operations.

As a key member of the finance team, you will support the Director of Finance in maximizing revenue and performance, reviewing capital expenditure requests, and providing timely and accurate financial reports.

  • Maximize revenue and performance of the hotel by analyzing financial data and providing recommendations to the Director of Finance.
  • Review and provide feedback on capital expenditure requests to ensure alignment with the hotel's financial goals.
  • Produce timely and accurate monthly financial reports, including analysis and reconciliations, to track performance against the annual operating budget and other financial targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or higher.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in hotel accounting or finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and analyze financial data, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
