Job Title:
Senior Interior Designer


Salary: 2,000 - 2,250 KWD per month

Location, Kuwait City


To creatively design interior work spaces and collaboratively work with the Director / Lead Interior Designers on various projects to push for design excellence, client satisfaction and efficient and profitable design solutions from briefing and inception through to project completion and hand-over.

To ensure that Pace interior design solutions enhance and support the client's culture, business, function, safety and aesthetic standards by creating a positive user experience.


Essentials:

  • Above 10 + years of experience with the design of commercial interior projects or workplace projects.
  • 3+ years working in the Middle East
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of design in interior design, architecture or equivalent.
  • Handson experience of corporate workplace, hospitality or retail projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficiency in the use of Revit and other 3D BIM computer design programmes on Interior Projects.
  • Exposure to projects with a focus on LEED and WELL sustainable goals.
  • Knowledge of materials, fabrics, furnishings, furniture, lighting and fittings in the Corporate Workplace.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent graphics, and communication skills.
  • Your work portfolio should be creative to showcase a story of designs or represent a moving experience of spaces, bringing out the creativity and skills of the designer.
  • Created designs that have improved the quality of life and user experience that are functional, efficient and dynamic.

Desirables:

  • LEED AP Accreditation
  • WELL Certification
  • IIDA Membership
  • RIBA / AIA or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of computer design software, Lumion, Vray, Grasshopper, Sketch Up, InDesign.
  • FF&E Pricing in the local market.

Package:
Monthly salary - circa ,250 KWD

Medical / life insurance

Mobilisation/demobilization ticket from your current location to Kuwait and back to your current location

On arrival, 30 days serviced apartment and transport to/from work.

Relocation payment (half of the monthly salary) 50% on arrival - 50% after the residency permit issued

Yearly ticket to home country.

30 days leave. (Plus various Public holidays within the Region approx. 8 days)
