Social Media and Graphic Designer

Job Overview:


Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Create visually stunning and cohesive designs for various platforms, including social media posts, website graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
• Ensure that all designs align with the brand identity and messaging.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and curate content for Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.
• Monitor social media trends and stay uptodate with industry changes.

Website Management:

• Oversee the maintenance and updates of the company's website.
• Optimize the website for user experience, functionality, and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement new features and improvements.

Ad Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies.

Content Creation:

• Produce highquality multimedia content, including images, videos, and graphics, that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather content and ensure consistency across platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in website management and content management systems.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and ad campaign management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
