    KeyAccountabilities:
    Familiar with the Health, Safety and Environment requirementsand ensure that they are adhered to during Construction activities. Ensure Safety compliance at Site and participated inQatargas Safety IIF Program. Engage Contractors, Sub-contractors, and applicable ThirdParties with a professional approach and maintain a good working levelrelationship.

    Engage, support, and monitor Contractor and Sub-contractorsin the implementation of the Site specific SHE Program, Emergency Response, andEvacuation Drill Programs.

    Participate in Incident / Accident Investigation andprevention of recurrence. Fully conversant with Qatargas and Project's disciplinespecific, facility related Technical Specification Requirements. Interface and coordinate with the Project Engineering andQA/QC Teams. Ensure that the latest revision of Project Constructiondocumentation are available before commencement of the related Constructionactivity. Coordinate Contractor's Construction activities, andinterface coordination with the activities of Third Parties. CoordinateContractors Construction activities with Qatargas Operations to avoidinterference with existing Onshore and Offshore facilities. Ensure that Construction activities are carried out inaccordance with Qatargas rules, regulations, Procedures and Permit to Work(PTW).

    Ensure that Construction activities are carried out inaccordance with QP-RLC rules regulations, Procedures and the ConsolidatedPermit to Work System in areas under QP-RLC jurisdiction.

    Review the Construction sequence / logic, ConstructionMethod Statements / Procedures, and Pre-task Planning to ensure comprehensivefeasibility and safety. And insure that they are implemented at Site. Continuously monitor Construction activities in progress atSite and at critical activities locations against the applicable Qatargas andProject Technical Specifications. Review activities and inspection results (reports / tests)to ensure compliance with Contract requirements before proceeding withsucceeding Construction activities. Monitor and ensure the correction of Non-Conformance Reportitems and other issues supporting QA/QC compliance. Conduct Construction surveillance activities per PMDrequirements, and participate in Construction Walkthroughs.

    Prepare a Daily Report summarising the Construction progressand concerns, and coordinate directly with the assigned Construction Leadregarding any significant issues identified.

    Minimum Requirements Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, orequivalent. Thorough knowledge of ASME, API, ASNT, NACE... etc. Codes /Standards.

    Minimum of (10) years broad experience in all phases ofConstruction planning, field execution and mechanical completion activities inMechanical and Piping discipline for EPC type Oil and Gas projects.

    Worldwide experience working in Brownfield and GreenfieldProjects with Contractors and subcontractors, in particular those involved inthe Construction of Onshore and Offshore (when required), Plant Shutdowns, Oil& Gas, Chemical and / or Petrochemical Plant Facilities.

    In addition toextensive experience in installation and testing of piping systems, valves,static and rotating equipment. Hot-tap experience. Good leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability towork as a team member under project schedule pressures. Self-motivated and proactive in communication, takingaction, and efficiently driving construction activities. Knowledge of cryogenic service applications. Fluent in both spoken and written English. Possess good IT skills, and be able to use basic softwaresuch as Excel, Word... etc. Good Supervisory and Site Control skills
