    Bachelor of Engineering in Civil discipline.

    • Minimum of 57 + years working experience in Civil and finishing project.
    • Good knowledge on Designing, Draughting, Estimating, Coordinating, Execution and Site Supervision in major project of Buildings and infrastructure. Further experience in Fitout, Landscape on quantity surveying will be an advantage.
    • Good report writing skills for submission of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Technical evaluation, Cost Benefit Analysis and recommendation proposals for improvement works.
    • Team player and able to lead a team of Engineers and contractors.
    • Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decisionmaking and leadership abilities.
    • Good command of spoken and written English.
    • Computer literacy (e.g. Auto Cad, MS Office)
    • Able to meet tight deadlines
    • Must be Locally Available in Qatar
    • Can Provide Complete Documents for Transfer.
    • Salary based on discussion.
    • Transportation Provided by the Company
