Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the stability and reliability of the K2 platform, including software updates, patches, and system upgrades.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, working closely with crossfunctional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Manage system configurations, including user permissions, security settings, and integration points.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Implement best practices for system backup and disaster recovery, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and support partners to escalate and resolve technical issues.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to business process automation and system maintenance.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of K2 platform architecture, components, and integration points.
  • Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and task scheduling.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • K2 blackpearl/K2 Five certification.
  • Experience with SharePoint integration.
  • Knowledge of.
NET framework and web development technologies.


Pay:
QAR10, QAR12,000.00 per month
