• Demonstrate current, effect andapplied knowledge and skills related to teaching andlearning.
• Actively apply these skills to createengaging learning activities and compelling course content thatenhances retention and transfer ofknowledge.
• Work with subject-matter experts andidentify target audience's learningneeds.
• Work with CETL specialists to design andproduce e-learning materials.
• Develop andarticulate instructional goals and objectives and design compellinglearning activities and materials that facilitates theirattainment.
• Create instructional multimediamaterials to support teaching goals and learningobjectives.
• Conduct instructional research andanalysis on learners and learningcontexts.
• Creatively combine proven andemergent instructional design theories,practices, tools, andmethods to create best-of-breed learningexperiences.
• Develop exercises and activitiesthat enhance the learningprocess.
