    Responsibilities

    • Serve as thepoint of contact for venue-based users seeking technical assistanceover the phone, email or in-person.
    • investigateand help resolve issues on customer s IT domains using agreedtroubleshooting methodologies.
    • Install,upgrade, support and troubleshoot printers, computer hardware andany other authorized peripheral equipment.
    • Tobe proficient on ITSM processes and consult end-users onworkflow.
    • Perform troubleshooting throughdiagnostic techniques and pertinentquestions.
    • Determine the best solution based onthe issue and details provided bycustomers.
    • Walk the customer through theproblem-solving process.
    • Document fix processesand help streamline procedures for future technical supportactions. Provide accurate information on IT services to the clientgroups.
    • Record incident and request updates andresolution in the ticket logs Pass on any feedback or suggestionsby the clients to the management team.
    • Identifyand suggest possible improvements in processes andprocedures.
    • Participate in the bump-in,bump-out process. Deploy and configure all agreed on IT equipment(PC, peripherals, printers, etc.) in relativespaces.
    • Assist IT, Service Manager, with opentasks.
    • Cooperate with the assigned team onoverall Event IT tasks for delivery ofFWC.
