About the Team The Business Development teamis responsible for establishing new partnerships, routes to marketand business strategies to enhance Zoom's productdifferentiation and market coverage.

We are accountable for theidentification, onboarding, enablement and long term success of ourstrategic partners. We work closely with cross-functional teams toestablish clear business priorities and measurable objectives.

TheBDM will partner cross-functionally to develop Zoom EMEA partnerstrategy and execution through a combination of technologypartnerships, business initiatives and/or joint ventures.

This rolewill blend business development, relationship management,operational and technical acumen with cross-functional leadershipskills. What we're looking for

• Have solidbackground in developing strategic partnerships at the highestlevel.
• Possess experience structuring and negotiatingcomplex commercial agreements working with collaboration software,voice and/or networking services
• Experience buildingcomplex strategies, gaining executive buy-in on key initiativescoupled with quickly establishing C-level credibility
