    Business Development Manager.

    Role Overview

    Support the firm's business development activities across Qatar and key sectors in line with the firm's strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute business plans in Doha and for assigned sector groups.
    • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through collaboration with partners and senior associates.

    New Business Development

    • Draft proposals and responses to RFPs and formal tenders.
    • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE FIRM'S REFERRAL NETWORK AND ATTEND INDUSTRY EVENTS.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to implement marketing activities aligned with business plans and the firm's strategy.

    Profile Raising

    • Raise the profile of Doha's office and individual partners through various marketing initiatives.
    • DRAFT DIRECTORY SUBMISSIONS AND PARTICIPATE IN DIRECTORY INTERVIEWS.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law or Journalism (or equivalent).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Meticulous attention to detail with a proactive attitude.
    • Ability to think creatively and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
    • Team player with flexibility and dependability.
    • Basic Microsoft Office skills and understanding of legal services desirable but not essential.
