EPS is spearheading the SI growth inthe grid edge market where energy efficient and connected buildingsmeet the evolving grid environment.

We focus on helping customersto reduce their energy consumption, to become more sustainable andto be more resilient in terms of energy supply.

We develop andexecute project covering a variety of technologies in HVAC, energygeneration and storage, micro grids, and manufacturingprocess-related equipment.

In addition, we also offer services tohelp customer to efficiently monitor and manage their energy,operations and maintenance activities and environmental footprint.

• *YourRole - International, Challenging And Future-Oriented** Ensuresefficient and effective Project Management and execution processesand their standardized deployment to the EPS units throughout QA,and ensures adherence to defined and agreed processes andcommercial standards and guidelines - Overall responsibility forProject Management / execution/implementation of EPS projectsacross QA through the management of the country EPS units - Ownsthe EPS project execution processes in the QA - Facilitatestraining, sharing of resources, methodologies, knowledge, tools andtechniques across the Region - Takes care for effective riskmanagement measures on EPS QA level for projects in execution -Ensures that the EPS project execution operations meet all agreedperformance goals - Ensures effective cooperation withstakeholders; clarifies organizational issues
• *YourQualifications And Skills - Digital And Solid** - Universitydegree or higher education in business or science/engineering orequivalent degree - At least 10 years of experience in projectimplementation/execution and subcontractor - negotiations in theareas of HVAC, energy generation/storage and industrial processrelated equipment/assets - some years of experience in managingprojects as the main contractor dealing with multiplesubcontractors/vendors - At least 5 years of experience in dealingwith projects, customers and colleagues from different countriesand cultures - Strong commercial and legal competence as well astechnical know-how within the relevant areas -Management/leadership experience in project management or otherrelevant areas - Proven track record in project execution withsuccessful project delivery (satisfied customer and in line withbudget) - Meticulous, structured and persistent - Proficient inspoken and written English is a must. Any additional MA languageswould be an asset - ADDED/Optional
