Position:Manager/Incharge

JobOverview: We are seeking a highly capable and experiencedManager/Incharge to oversee and coordinate the daily operations.The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strongleadership background able to drive performance manage resourceseffectively and achieve the companys strategicgoals.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. OperationalManagement:
   • Overseedaily operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness in allaspects of the department.
     
   • Implementstrategic plans in line with the companys objectives monitoringprogress and making adjustments asneeded.
     
2. TeamLeadership andDevelopment:
   • Leadmotivate and support a diverse team fostering a positive andinclusive work environment.
     
   • Setclear team goals and KPIs monitor team performance and provideregular feedback andcoaching.
     
   • Identify training needsand opportunities for team growth anddevelopment.
     
3. ResourceManagement:
   • Managebudget and resource allocation efficiently to maximize productivityand profitability.
     
   • Ensure optimaluse of materials equipment and humanresources.
     
4. QualityControl andCompliance:
   • Ensureall processes and operations comply with industry standards companypolicies and legalregulations.
     
   • Monitor and uphold thequality of products/services to maintain the companys reputationand customersatisfaction.
     
5. StakeholderEngagement:
   • Maintainstrong relationships with internal and externalstakeholders.
     
   • Communicateeffectively with all levels of the organization and represent thecompany in professional forums asrequired.
     
6. InnovationandImprovement:
   • Encouragea culture of innovation and continuousimprovement.
     
   • Analyze currentprocesses and implement strategies to optimize operations andenhanceproductivity.
     

Requirements

EssentialQualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree.
  
• Provenexperience in a managerial role with a track record of successfulteam and operationsmanagement.
  
• Strongunderstanding of industry standards and markettrends.

Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy.
