Job summary
Install test maintain repair airfield lighting systems high voltage electrical power distribution equipment perform work electrical systems above 600 volts following approved safety procedures install service repair generators transformers switchboards control panels controllers circuit breakers motors heating units conduit systems carry out fault diagnosis troubleshooting airfield lighting power distribution systems read interpret electrical drawings blueprints layouts technical specifications perform electrical load calculations verify wiring equipment capacity use electrician hand tools measuring testing instruments multimeters insulation testers high voltage test equipment ensure all work complies with electrical codes aviation standards project specifications site safety regulations coordinate with project teams support construction maintenance activities maintain proper documentation inspection records maintenance reports.
