Assign tasks to various WH staff as per the work load- Oversee entire operation and ensure that rules are followed as required
- Manage the deliveries to Kulud branches as per priority list
- Ensure that receiving and shipping lines are done as per required level
- Communicate with branches and respond to their needs if necessary
- Lead the storekeeper employees and solve any conflicts if any
- Monitor the deliveries and confirm that everything is align with the allotted schedule
- Report any unusual events if any to relative departments (HR, Maintenance, Kulud management, WH manager. etc.)
- Respond to purchase department in their needs and follow any given instruction
- Report immediately to Kulud purchase team any discrepancy while receiving new deliveries from local suppliers
- Attend the monthly shortage meeting with Kulud team and listen to comments which should be considered whenever possible
Qualifications:
- Can speak Arabic (required)
- Very good command in English (speaking, writing)
- Computer literate
- Warehouse experience is advantage
Salary:
From QAR4,000.00 per month
