• Portfolio of design work.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
• Excellent in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D software, SketchUp or similar design software.
• Prepare construction documents.
• Takes accurate asbuilt measurements for developing floor plans and elevations.
• Flexible.
