  • Full timeLocated in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned's Club, a private members' club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.

Job Purpose:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments, and develop innovative strategies to penetrate them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product/service enhancements or new offerings.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activities to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with other departments such as product development, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve sales and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications & Competencies:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the Gulf region
  • Experience working with multicultural teams
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Ticktock as well as emerging platforms and trends.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape in relevant industries.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other relevant technology platforms.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when scheduling posts and monitoring metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
