    • Process all guest check-ins byconfirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activatingroom key. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash,checks, debit, or credit.
    • Process allcheck-outs including resolving any late and disputedcharges.
    • Answer, record, and process all guestcalls, messages, requests, questions, orconcerns.
    • Coordinate with Housekeeping to trackreadiness of rooms for check-in.
    • Communicateparking procedures to guests/visitors and dispatch bell staff orvalet staff as needed.
    • Supply guests withdirections and information regarding property and local areas ofinterest.
