About the role


As a Commercial Data Application Manager, you will be responsible to manages and implement Commercial Data Application and Visualization tool in line with Commercial objectives.

Promote the usage of new visualization tools and enable the upgrade of analytics skills across the whole commercial departments. Lead the Commercial Data Application team and effectively manage relationships with all stakeholders involved and using new visualization tool.

Project manage the scope as well as the delivery of new data visualization tool and dashboards and the enforcement of established business governance.

Guide and facilitate multidisciplinary teams, in order to complete timely and of high quality project deliverables.


Other key responsibilities are:

  • Design and develop new analytical capabilities and enhance existing ones for the whole commercial department in order to facilitate effective and efficient analysis.
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders' major updates and news concerning creation of new dataset, development of new dashboards, new analytical enhancements, system fault.
  • Effective Project Management by liaising and communicating with all stakeholders involved in the usage of the visualization tool (CP, Finance, Sales, RM) and making sure the tools developed satisfy stakeholders' needs.
  • Manage requests and users stories for development of new dashboards and/or enhancing/changing existing ones in order to develop analytical tools that fully satisfy needs of all commercial stakeholders involved. Plan and develop effective training programs, both facetoface and virtual targeting the whole commercial departments aiming at upgrade analytical and technical skills of the organization.
  • Manage security access and licenses for visuatlization tools in coordination with IT in order to ensure proper data access in line with company security standards.
  • Scale up the usage of visualization tool across the organization through adhoc trainings and proper technical support bringing the whole commercial organization towards more advance analysis and business intelligence.
  • Look at stateoftheart tools used in the industry and best practices in order to Innovate, Improve and Advance analytical capabilities within the organization.
  • Work closely with the Technical Team to ensure optimal performance of the analytical platform. Improve existing processes within the team and the organization which involves visualization tools.
  • Vendor management of the visualization tool used.

Qualifications:

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Revenue Management - Analytics and Performance Team.

  • Minimum qualification of bachelor's degree or equivalent is essential.
  • 6+ years of jobrelated experience
  • Experience of Business Strategy, Business Intelligence, Management Consulting or related field Experience in a management role
  • Experience in competitive, strategic business and/or financial assessment, trending and forecasting
  • Strong understanding of Origin and Destination concept within Revenue Management.
  • Proven and adequate knowledge of Analytic techniques and Business analysis concepts. Adequate knowledge of Business Planning and Strategy concepts and techniques.
  • Strong Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis skills.
  • Highly developed skills with Business Intelligence tools e.g. SQL, Business Objects and MS Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
  • Expert in BI Visualization Tools (Tableau, PowerBI, MicrsoStrategy, Looker etc)
