Reviewing project plans and specifications to determine the scope of MEP fit out works required.

Creating and maintaining a detailed budget for the MEP fit out works, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

Monitoring project costs and cash flow, and identifying potential cost overruns or other financial risks.


Working closely with the project team to ensure that MEP fit out works are completed on time and within budget.

Reviewing and approving invoices from subcontractors and suppliers, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.


Coordinating with the project team to ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and certifications are obtained for the MEP fit out works.


Providing financial reporting and analysis to the project team and senior management, including monthly financial statements, project cost reports, and variance analyses.

Ensuring compliance with all applicable accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.


Participating in project meetings and communicating regularly with the project team, client, and other stakeholders to ensure that all financial issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.


Salary:
QAR4, QAR5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
