Developing and implementing human resources policies.

  • Responsible for handling all aspects of an organization's restructuring involving current and future employees
  • Supporting strategic objectives.
  • Formalizing new operations policies and procedures where needed
  • Managing the implementation of, and compliance with, operations policies and procedures to ensure office efficiency, reliability, and compliance with best practices.

Requirements:


  • At least ten years' relevant experience in HR and OD, with a minimum of five years at a senior management level
  • Strong demonstrable experience of Human Resources planning, design and implementation of progressive HR strategies, systems, procedures and practices
  • Excellent knowledge of Qatar Labour laws and Employee Relations Systems
  • HR/OD experience in a Group of Companies is desirable

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

QAR1.00 per month
