• Bachelor degree inengineering
• Minimum 8 years post degree,relevant working experience including well integrity compliance,rig based rigless wellwork, workovers, drilling and completions andproduction engineering and operations.
• Offshoreexperience is an advantage. 5 years working with multidisciplinaryteams.
• Significant experience with wellintegrity management, including knowledge and understanding ofwellheads and trees and their maintenance requirements, subsurfaceequipment, cased hole and production logging, wellbore flowassurance, injection well design, tubular design, sustained casingpressure management and leakofftesting.
• Experience working in or with a majorinternational and integrated oilcompany.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. Able to communicate with severalorganizational levels.
