• Serve food and beverages to guestsmaking recommendations if needed
• Share yourmenu knowledge to assist guests with questions and specialrequests
• Record transactions in the MICROSsystem correctly and timely
• Check-in withguests to assure satisfaction with each course andbeverage
• Clean tables, complete closing dutiesand re-stock tableware and other supplies

This role requires the abilityto move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking forextended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance ina clean uniform are also required. Prior to employment, we ll askyou to complete safety training andcertification.
