  • Responsible to maintaining tPro & other loyalty prgrams from Talabat
  • Operation and financial performance to achieve Profitability and growth
  • Design a strategic business plan to achieve sales and revenue objectives and targets on Monthly, Quarterly and yearly bases.
  • Responsible for identifying growth areas and setting achievable targets for active restaurants in his/her area.
  • Manage the overall countries performance (operating at lowest level of details across zones to win with partners, customers and riders)
  • Plan and Lead Marketing activities on ground in alignment with Company Marketing strategy to continuously generate sales opportunities.
  • Handle and facilitate Logistics implementation in alignment with Logistics Function SOP.
  • Monitor competitor activities and set plans to improve restaurant potential growth.
  • Generate extra revenue through team achievement of noncommission revenue (advertising) deals.
  • Manage and follow up on the team's daily/weekly tasks closely, to ensure a high level quality performance and targets are achieved through coaching, motivating, and guiding the team to full capacity.
  • Evaluate and assess targets on an individual level and provide objective feedback to support team members in their growth.
  • Scale the team according to the current portfolio of brands and onboard new joiners.
  • Create detailed reports to help the team achieve targets and maintain accurate records of restaurants' details such as account
  • Integrate team tasks on corresponding tools and dashboards used within the company.
  • Collaborate with different internal teams to reach the designated KPIs and work closely with the Marketing, Finance, Operations and Logistics Departments.
Work closely with the Public Relations and Communications department to represent the country and business with external events. Drive Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for operational improvement and develop strategies for their implementation. This includes optimizing service standards, streamlining processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Data Analysis: Analyze data to understand performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams such as customer service, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of issues. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all operations comply with industry standards and regulations. Develop and implement quality control procedures. Training and Development: Train and mentor team members to boost their performance and ensure they meet the company's standards of excellence. Vendor Relations: Maintain positive relationships with food vendors and work closely with them to improve delivery times, order accuracy, and overall service. Customer Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction by implementing strategies aimed at improving the customer experience. Address and resolve any customer-related issues promptly. Project Management: Manage and lead projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and excellence. Reporting: Regularly report on performance metrics, operational challenges, and the progress of improvement initiatives to senior management. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, A comprehensive understanding of data analysis, data management, and data migration in SQL and Python environments will be an added benefit.
What Did We Order?

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in a consultancy organization or a retail, ecommerce platform.
  • BBA/MBA from a reputable university or master's in strategic planning, consultancy is a plus.
  • Exhibit a strong track record of ontime project delivery for large, crossfunctional projects, preferably in mobile platforms or Ecommerce domains.
  • Experience in leading high potential projects in a project management setup
