Job Description This position is on a project basis, initially spanning one year with the possibility of extension for an additional year.**- Preform in the development and implementation of the Asset Integrity Management program.

  • Ensure the long and short term fit for service is maintained for all equipment.
  • Analyze Inspection data and carry out remaining life assessment for equipment and piping.
  • Prepare procedure for Integrity and Inspection team according to International standards and best practices.
  • Analyze pressure relief vales prepop and calibration data to optimize Inspection frequency.
  • Perform in the development and oversee the management of the mechanical integrity, Corrosion Management Programs, including Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI).
  • Engage in the development and implementation of Risk Based Inspection (RBI)
  • Prepare programs to improve Asset Integrity with a focus on safety.
  • Lead or participate in development of a Quality Management Standard and supporting Quality Assurance, Control Processes and Management plans.
  • Participate in the development and deployment of continuous improvement of integrity program, incorporating existing integrity strategy and applicable codes and specification.
  • Perform troubleshooting efforts and applies Root Cause Analysis (RCA) practices to equipment failure investigations.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Min 10 years of working, where 7 years in Petrochemical, Chemical or Refining Industry.
  • Experience in Asset Integrity.
  • Additional experience including RBI, Process Safety, Equipment Inspection, Corrosion Control/Management, RCFA, Incident Investigation and Risk Assessment.
