    Job Title:
    Project Manager Accounting & CoreBanking Implementation
    Location Qatar
    Experience 3Yrs in Project Management with a focus on Accounting and CoreBanking system
    Duration 10 Months

    Job Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of accounting and corebanking solutions at the highest standard.

    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects meeting client expectations and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.


    Responsibilities:

    Project Planning and Coordination:
    Develop and maintain project plans timelines and milestones.
    Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.


    Accounting and CoreBanking Expertise:
    Leverage extensive knowledge of accounting and corebanking systems to guide implementation processes.
    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand specific client requirements.


    Client Communication:
    Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.
    Communicate project progress challenges and resolutions effectively.


    Quality Assurance:
    Implement and adhere to best practices for project management and implementation.
    Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.


    Team Leadership:
    Lead motivate and mentor project team members.
    Foster a collaborative and highperformance work environment.

    Qualifications:
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management with a focus on Accounting and CoreBanking systems.
    Proven track record of successfully managing endtoend project implementations.
    Strong understanding of accounting principles and corebanking functionalities.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
