- Support business decisions throughthe preparation of timely and accurate variable forecasts in a highvolume contact center, with specific focus on improving thecustomer experience and maximizing operationalefficiencies
- Validate confidence of establishedinfluences/drivers (factors determining forecasts) Leverageadvanced statistical methodologies (correlation, regression,etc.)
- Create a meaningful interpretation ofdata through use of tools, industry experience and logic to framesituations and allow meaningful dialogue and decisionmaking
- Aggregate forecast information into acomprehensive document to be published with senior leadership forheadcount, budget, and capacity planningpurposes
- Provide analysis and recommendationsto improve staffing levels andefficiency
