Opening in 2023, Rixos Qetaifan Island North will comprise a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark.
Training Manager
This position is responsible to identify and monitor training needs in the organization.
Design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures working closely and supporting the Director of Learning & Development and its team.

What you will be doing:
- Helps drive company values and philosophy and ensures all training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization's mission and vision.
- Conducts needs assessments, designs and develops training programs, and facilitates the delivery of both custom and corporate training programs.
- Supports the Director of Learning & Development in working with the property leadership team to identify and address employee and organizational development needs.
- Ensuring effective training is in place to enable the achievement of desired business results.
- Training programs focus on a variety of topics, including product knowledge, company philosophy, and customer service and leadership skills.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new training techniques.
- Measures the effectiveness of training to ensure a return on investment.
Your experience and skills include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel, and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration, certified trainer
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the hospitality industry, in a similar capacity
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methods
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems
- Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities
- Proficient with hospitality industry standards and regulations
