• Supportingthe product complaintsystems.

• Performingdata analysis and trending of complaint information to proactivelydetect signals and take appropriate actions in a timelymanner.
  

Requirements

• Doctoratedegree or master s degree and 3 years of directly relatedexperience to the job or Bachelors degree and 5 years of directlyrelated experience to the job or Associate s degree and 10 years ofdirectly related experience.
  Background with some in experience inQuality and preferred to have previous complaint handlingexperience
• Bilingual(English & Spanish)
  
• TechnicalWritings and PresentationSkills
