Position Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains strategicpartnerships with internal and external customers, stakeholders,and peers.
• Exercises critical thinking andinnovative problem solving in relation to strengthening HumanEngineering and contributes to the Human Engineering growthstrategy and capability roadmaps.
• Leadsprojects or initiatives to implement process / product improvementsrelated to Human Engineering.
• Define systemperformance requirements to ensure safe and successful humanoperation of physical, functional, and program interfaces forpilots and maintainers.
• Apply human performanceprinciples, methodologies, and technologies to the design ofhuman-machine systems andproducts.
