- Lead the technicalreview of designs and specification submitted by tenants inrelation to assets retained by QD, ensuring QD's interestedin the assets are protected
- Liaising with contractors andthird-party designers as required to coordinate work
- Assess the work of Tenant Contractors
- Oversee andsupervise the installation of building systems and specifymaintenance and operating procedures
- Liaise closely withother professionals, including structural engineers, builders,architects and surveyors and in-house project teams
- Ensure that the design and maintenance of building systems meetslegislative and health and safety requirements
- Advise onforward maintenance work necessary to protect DQ's interestin retained assets
- Manage and oversee works undertaken onQD retained assets in Qatar, including Operations works associatedwith the tenant move in / move out process and alterations /refurbishments undertaken during the terms of tenancies.
- Participate in periodic on-site observation during construction,asset operation to ensure compliance with required QHSE andapproved plans and budgets
- Manage the public realmthrough permanent and temporary assets, public space improvements,pop up retail, and other activation tools
- Lead and managethe work of contractors managing all the infrastructure utilityoperations including performance management, KPI assessment,budgeting, operating costs management etc
- 4+years' experience in Facilities Management, ConstructionEngineering or other related discipline.
- Experience ofworking in a Landlord environment is preferred
- Beconversant with using computer-aided design (CAD), rivet and other3D modelling tools used in the industry
- Be conversantwith local statutory requirements and building regulationsEducation
- Technically qualified to HNC/ONC (orequivalent) in a building or engineering subjectBehavioralSkills:Interpersonal skills
- Ability to Identify theproblems before they become critical & FormulatePracticalsolutions to the Fit-out Issues
- Experienced in Site andProject Management
- Experienced in procurement, reviewingspecifications and selecting materials.
- Reviewing ofdetailed drawings
- Skilled at managing multiple tasks andcompeting demands
