    The therapist performs all massageand body treatments in a safe and professional manner, keepingthemselves updated with the latest trends and servicing protocols,all in an effort to provide uncompromising experience to theguest.

    JobResponsibilities

    • Adhere to the Spa Policy &Standard Operating Procedures manual.
    • Act as anAmbassador for the spa representing the brand values for colleaguesestablishing relationships with internal and external stakeholdersrepresenting the values of the brand and Accor. This includesmaintaining a professional appearance at alltimes.
    • Knowledgeable about all aspects oftreatments, spa therapy and thefacility.
    • Perform massage and body treatmentsin a safe, professional and hygienicmanner.
    • Maintain ample inventory of necessaryproducts to perform treatments, all in an orderly and neatfashion.
    • Report for appointments on time andthoroughly review appointments after completing eachservice.
    • Always maintain a courteous, friendlyand professional demeanour with guests.
    • Assistin the operations of the reception and thermal areas wheneverpossible.
    • Maintain current professionallicense.

    Administrative AndFinancial Responsibilities

    • Maintain appropriate tracking ofguest consultation forms and ensure each guest signs one prior totreatment.
    • Responsible for contribution towardsmonthly retail and treatment targets.

    Guest Quality andOperational Excellence

    • Recognise arrivals of all VIP guestsarriving in both the spa and hotel.
    • Ensure thefacility is in peak condition at alltimes.
    • Responsible for driving the guestexperience and communication amongst the colleagues orchestrating asmooth guest sequence delivery.
    • Ensure guest /member preferences and special requests are accommodated to thebest of the property'sabilities.
    • Perform treatment following brandstandards and contribute towards the spa is receiving positiveratings from guest satisfactionsurveys.
    • Maintain guest confidentiality at alltimes.
