Responsibilities:
- Evaluating existing business processes for Exodus International Services.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate the work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
- Overseeing all aspects related to the implementation stages of our business process improvement initiatives.
- Analysing and monitoring the implemented changes to our business processes and making adjustments as needed.
- Managing existing process flows and developing new ones.
- Develop and maintain business process documentation that will be used as a reference for preparing test cases, training documents, etc.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager is mandatory. Skilled in business process modelling, process flows, project management, process and change management.
- Ability to resolve complex issues and provide appropriate and creative resolutions when required.
Education:
Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
Operation Manager - min 3 years
Ability to commute/relocate.

From QAR4,500.00 per month
