Job Overview:

This position will be reporting to Manager Real Estate and Facilities

  • Middle East. The Senior Real Estate & Facilities Spec applies indepth knowledge, experience, and best practices in the area of Real Estate & Facilities. They are responsible for solving complex Real Estate & Facilities problems and work independently with mínimal guidance. The Senior Real Estate & Facilities Spec impacts a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities with the Real Estate & Facilities team and other related teams and ensures that they work within the appropriate guidelines and policies.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • In charge of dayto day Facility Management and management of Facilities Team
  • In charge of Space and Resource Planning and Execution of personnel relocation
  • Point of contact for FM Vendors/service contractors
  • In charge of Transport function and Transport Team
  • Involvement in Real Estate Cost submission for BIDS and New Projects
  • Communication with landlords for day to day requirement (excluding commercial aspects)
  • Communication with vendors (through SCM for commercial aspects)
  • CapEx planning, Execution, Project Management and budget control
  • Point of contact for Facility/HSE compliance responsibilities
  • Point of contact for Building maintenance responsibilitiespreventive and corrective
  • In charge of FM related documentation preparations (Service Work Orders, Purchase requisitions)
  • In charge of Record keeping of Facilities assets, parking etc
  • In charge of Maintaining accurate and live occupancy/vacancy charts
  • Interfacing with Clients as required regarding Facility related matters
  • Budget forecasting OpEx and CapEx
  • In charge of Liaising with Authorities on Compliance matters related to company facilities
  • Ensure adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics, and safety standards, policies, and procedures
  • Provide oversight to other facility staff
  • Perform other responsibilities unique to the location(s)

Essential Qualifications, Education and Skillset:


  • As a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Architecture/Facility Management
Years' of Middle East experience

  • 3 years minimum in a similar role with a Multinational Company
  • Real estate and facilitiesrelated certification coursework as additional qualification
  • Fitout works Project Management experience and skill set for CapEx execution is a must. Strong project management skills to manage a large volume of workflow
  • Ability to review and analyze thirdparty reports, including engineering, environmental, and appraisal reports
  • Be a selfstarter and autonomous operator with leadership skills
  • Excellent Presentation/Communication skills and Strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Excellent organizational skills, assertiveness, proactive mindset, diligent, and detailoriented
  • Proven track record with references 6. Software knowledge on Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel essential. AutoCAD skills is an advantage
  • Technical knowledge of Building Management is a requirement
  • Ability to prioritize and manage their workload to meet deadlines consistently with the accuracy of financial information
