THE CHALLENGE

As an acquisition management professional, you know that both sides of the acquisition and contracts lifecycle are pivotal to your clients missions. We re looking for someone like you to be a liaison to the government. Bring your passion to support pre- and post-award federal contracts and improve the processes that defend our nation.

This is an opportunity to impact our clients mission acquisition and contract process. On our team, you ll assist the client in preparing acquisition packages, including Market Research documents, Performance Work Statements, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), Requests for Information (RFIs), Sources Sought Notices, and acquisition Lessons Learned documents.

You ll complete procurement request packages and be responsible for the safe storage and handling of sensitive documents. You ll provide acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each project s success. From creating and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, you ll deliver meaningful acquisition support.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
  
• Experience with draft and review of Memoranda of Agreement or Memoranda of Understanding (MOA/MOU) documentation
  
• Experience with creating federal acquisition documentation, including Market Research documents, Performance Work Statements, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), Requests for Information (RFIs), Sources Sought Notices, or acquisition Lessons Learned documents
  
• Ability to review acquisition processes and provide recommendations for process improvements
  
• Knowledge of Federal or Defense Acquisition processes
  
• HS diploma or GED and 12 years of experience with acquisition or Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience with acquisition
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• TS/SCI clearance
  
• DAWIA Acquisition certification
