Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support for K2 business process automation solutions, including workflow design, configuration, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to K2 workflows, forms, and integrations.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and system backups.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
  • Train endusers on K2 platform functionality and best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to business process automation.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of workflow design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in K2 platform.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries and database management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • K2 blackpearl/K2 Five certification.
  • Experience with SharePoint integration.
  • Knowledge of.
NET framework and web development technologies.


Pay:
QAR10, QAR12,000.00 per month
