Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive company growth.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them excel.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with sales goals.
Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and techniques to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Qatra Experiance will be an advantage
Experience in IT and eCommerce sales is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
A customercentric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Willingness to travel as needed.
