• Bachelor Degree in Nursing (4 years) or Diploma in Nursing
• (3 years after graduation from high school (12 years)
• Registered Nurse

• Valid professional Nursing licensein country of origin
• Meets licensing requirements of theState of Qatar Job Specific Skills and Abilities:

• Practices withinthe DHP Scope of Practice according to licensure within the Stateof Qatar
• Provides total individualized patient care andassumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning,implementing and evaluating care, discharge planning for eachpatient.
• Ensures timely documentation of care, dischargeplanning and family education aligned to Sidra standards ofdocumentation
• Demonstrates critical thinking skills byproblem solving appropriately during patient care
• Independently initiates escalation of issues following the chain ofcommand, utilizing resources as needed
