    Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement astrategic business development plan to drive growth and achievesales targets. 2.

    Identify and target potential clients within thelocal market, focusing on companies in need of overseasrecruitment, professional manpower services/ contract staffingservices.

    3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existingclients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutionsto meet their requirements. 4. Conduct market research to identifynew business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends andcompetitor activities. 5. Prepare and deliver persuasivepresentations to potential clients, showcasing our services andhighlighting the value we can bring to their organizations. 6.Negotiate and finalize business agreements, ensuring optimal termsand conditions for both parties. 7. Coordinate with internal teams,including recruitment, operations, and finance, to ensure smoothexecution of projects and client satisfaction. 8 Continuouslymonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business developmentstrategies, making necessary adjustments to achieve desiredresults. 9. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliancerequirements related to overseas recruitment and HR outsourcing.


    Requirements:
    1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in businessdevelopment, preferably within the Human Resources consultancyindustry in Qatar. 2. Proven track record of achieving salestargets and driving business growth. 3. Strong knowledge andunderstanding of overseas recruitment, professional manpowerservices, contract staffing services, and HR outsourcing. 4.Excellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skills. 5.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients andkey decision-makers. 6. Familiarity with the local market,including key industries and potential clients. 7. Self-motivatedwith a proactive and results-driven approach. 8. Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills. 9. Bachelor'sdegree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relatedfield.
