    Role Context:

    Therecruit will be working within the WO Content team, on ID

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Well-versedwith Instructional design models, and can execute/reviewstory-boarding/scripting, assessment creation/review, andoutput/build reviews as part of the e-content development
    • Cancollaborate and coordinate well across cross-functional
    • Shouldbe able to proofread/review content with immaculate attention to
    • Hasdemonstrated command over eLearning authoring tools ArticulateStoryline 360, Adobe Captivate, and at least 2 other
    • Ensureall changes/improvements made to content are tracked andincorporated at all
    • Coordinatewith Graphic Designers for the development of Graphics and
    • Workwith the LMS technical team to ensure new content is uploaded,tested and rolled out as per the
    • Spectacularcommand over English language and

    Skills&Experience:

    • Educationlevel: Graduate orPost-graduate
    • Experience:Must have 2-4 years of work experience as an Instructional Designerwith the demonstrated ability to perform in thiscapacity
