What You Will Achieve
You will be creating the
"first-impression" of our guests by:

  • Scheduling reservations for guests in advance and as they arrive at the restaurant
  • Greeting guests as the arrive and escorting them to their seats
  • Directing the dining room personnel on customer needs to ensure customers receive fast and
    quality service from the moment they arrive
  • Ensuring that table plan is arranged according to guests' needs and preferences
  • Providing immediate solutions for any customer complaint or demand
  • Obeying all standards regarding
    customer satisfaction, food safety, service quality, labor health; and informing your managers if any risk arises

Who Are You?

  • You have minimum 23 years of experience in F&B or hospitality sector preferably in similar position
  • You're highly
    customerfocused and you see any complaint as an opportunity to provide a better experience to your guests
  • You can work in a highpaced environment, and you know how to make each guest feel
    "special" in all circumstances
  • You have excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic
  • You're mature, patient and confident
  • You have a friendly yet professional communication style
  • You have ability to work in a fast paced environment

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
