About the role
The Lean team is dedicated to identify, lead and deliver Lean Six Sigma projects and trainings as part of the Continuous Improvement and Transformation journey.
You will act as a Transformation Lean Business Partner for the key stakeholders.
You will act as an advocate and ambassador of Lean Methodology across the organization and support the adoption and establishment of the continuous improvement culture.
You will be the Lean Business Partner for a Business Unit, a Global Process Owner, a Region or a Subsidiary in order to deliver specific Lean Transformation initiatives.
You will act as a coach, a mentor, problem solver, change agent and an expert in understanding and implementing change management and organizational dynamics.
Your role and responsibilities- Act as a Strategic Transformation Business Partner for the key stakeholders of the assigned portfolio
- Manage the continuous strategic planning, monitoring, analysis and assessment of QR Lean Initiatives
- Provide critical thinking and influence by helping to link the company's strategic agenda to the resulting execution plan.
- Provides guidance and counsel in the development of long term and short term Lean projects.
- Identify gaps in existing process capabilities and propose areas for improvement and develop road map/ business plan for future business improvement.

About you
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with minimum 8 years of jobrelated experience.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
- Demonstrated practical and strategic leadership experience in a Lean and continuous improvement culture.
- Demonstrate a track record of successful project delivery with visible benefits possibly in different industries
- Able to lead Lean trainings up to Black Belt level
- Relevant experience in a finance organization performing similar duties
- A mix of consulting and inhouse experience are preferable
- Project and change management experience.
- Global Business services operating model design.
- Experience in the design and improvement of processes
- Experience managing cross departmental teams; proven ability to lead and motivate
- Strong understanding of End to End business improvements
- Experience working with and presenting to senior executives
- Proven track record of setting direction, leading large scale projects and engaging teams
