    Training and qualification of contractpersonnel regarding compliance related to plant safetyprocedures.


    • Schedule and plan safetytraining for contract employees.


    •Follow up on Safety training requirements and certification for allthe contract employees.


    • Conduct safetycourses to contract employees for Work permit, Confine space entry,Lockout, Tag out & TryProcedures.


    • Maintain Files andaccurate documentations of qualifications and certifications forcontract employees.


    • Ability toimplement plant loss preventionprogram.


    • Follow standard safety rulesand regulations and influence other and provide consulting servicesif required.


    • Follow COMPANY reportingsystem for incidents/accidents.


    •Conduct safety introduction to new employees in accordance withCOMPANY safety rules and procedures.


    •Ability to carry out task risk analysis before starting amaintenance jobs. Daily carry out monitoring of effective use ofPersonnel Protective Equipment (P.P.E) by allworkforce


    • Continuous monitoring ofnear misses and reporting.


    • Conductfrequent tool box meetings


    • Activelyparticipate in company safety and trainingprograms.
