Job Description
JobPurpose

Provides leadership to execute the siteactivities and provides daily management and oversight of the EPCContractor and its sub-contractors for their scope of work withinthe NFXP Project for the MEP/HVAC services in the Process andNon-Process Buildings construction.

Appraises the performance ofthe EPC Contractor in terms of safety, quality, and scheduleSupervises the assigned NFXP EPC Onshore Project s MEP/HVACConstruction personnel.

Prepares and provides routine verbal andwritten progress reports to the Site ManagerNFXP
Qualifications Hons bachelor s degree of Science inEngineering/ (Mechanical or Electrical) or bachelor s degree ofScience in Buildings Services.
Knowledge and/orExperience

Minimum of (15) years broad experience in allphases (10) years in Oil & Gas mega project in MEP/HVACinstallation in Process and Non process buildings in Mosque,Administration, Fire station, Laboratory, 132KV, 66KV, 33KV SubStations, Instrument houses, Warehouses, Restaurant, Kitchens,Master Control buildings, Administration buildings.

Membership ofAshrae, IET, CIBSE Experience in major Construction Projects(including brown-field work) with total capital expenditure>USD$1B Worldwide experience working with MEP/HVACcontractors and subcontractors, those involved in the constructionof Onshore oil, gas, chemical and/or petrochemical plantfacilities.

Middle East 10 years working experience ispreferred
Technical and Business Skills Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills Ability to review and comment ontechnical documents Good interpersonalskills
