- To coordinate and manage provisionof an integrated service which will achieve 100% recycled waterreuse and reduce ground water re-injection.
- Toactively manage the recycled water network, identify operationalimprovements that will assist in providing customers with securityof supply (through operational flexibility, incident management andincreased use of SCADA) and improve the quality of recycled waterdistributed through managing the network in the most effective andefficient way possible.
- To manage the day today operation of the recycled water network.
- Toassess applications for new customerconnections.
- To identify opportunities toincrease security of supply for customers.
- Toidentify opportunities to improve the quality of recycled water indistribution.
- To actively manage customercomplaints to ensure minimal disruption to the customers and thepublic.
