We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in Qatar for their sales and marketing department.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Secretary, office clerk or office assistant or a similar role in a reputable company in Qatar.
- Knowledge of basic clerical duties.
- Excellent knowledge of filing and coding of documents and files.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, scanners etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Maintain and update filing, inventory and database systems.
- Must have an average typing speed (45 wpm).
- Do basic bookkeeping, complete banking transactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- A bachelors degree is a must.
- Must have a valid QID with transferable visa.
- Preferred nationality
- Lebanese
Job Types:
