We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in Qatar for their sales and marketing department.


  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Secretary, office clerk or office assistant or a similar role in a reputable company in Qatar.
  • Knowledge of basic clerical duties.
  • Excellent knowledge of filing and coding of documents and files.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, scanners etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory and database systems.
  • Must have an average typing speed (45 wpm).
  • Do basic bookkeeping, complete banking transactions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • A bachelors degree is a must.
  • Must have a valid QID with transferable visa.
