    • Provide the highest and mostefficient level of hospitality service to the hotelguests.
    • Works in the designated station as setby Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef.
    • Able toorganise the assigned work area and efficiently put awayorders.
    • Able to prepare and sells food withinrecommended time frames to meet Guestexpectations.
    • Able to operate kitchen equipmentlike braising pan, baking ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves andfryers.
    • Able to produce a quality product in atimely and efficient manner for the guests orstaff.
    • Responsible to maintain cleanliness,sanitation at the assigned workarea.
    • Responsible for preparing and cooking allfood items by the recipe and tospecification.
    • Prepare ingredients for cooking,including portioning, chopping, and storingfood.
    • Prepare all menu items by strictlyfollowing recipes and yield guide.
    • Cook foodaccording to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards andfood preparation checklist.
    • Prepares, seasons,and cooks a wide variety of meats, vegetables, soups, breakfastdishes and other food items.
    • Slices, grind andcooks meats and vegetables using a full range of cookingmethods.
    • Wash and peel fresh fruits, vegetablesand also able to weigh, measure and mix ingredients in correctproportions.
    • Have general knowledge of cookingtemperatures, making soups & sauces, preparing entrees,vegetable preparation and a la cartecooking.
