    You'll make an impactby:

    • Responsible for processing ARCustomer payments in the SAP ERPsystem.
    • Achieve the agreed customer servicelevels and performance metrics associate with paymentprocessing.
    • Ensure all process procedures areadhered while processing the AR payments into the SAPERP.
    • Work closely with collectors/Front Officeto drive towards solutions.
    • Provide training tonew joiners & resolving queries in timelymanner.
    • Responsible for providing data to teamleader in the absence of Processexpert.
    • Suggest & drive improvementprojects within the process.
