**An IT expert is required to perform the following tasks: - Monitoring the performance of tax services

  • Adherence to governance standards for providing tax technology services
  • Follow up on resolving problems and managing escalation process
  • Providing proposals to improve and develop services
  • Most importantly:
- responsible for managing the overall delivery of IT services

  • FOCUS on maintaining SLA /service level agreements, ensuring service quality, and managing client relationships
  • Arabic speaker but good in English.
