We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy, Qatar for a Instrumentation Supervisor (Hydraulic & Pneumatic – Offshore) Role Purpose.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic instrumentation systems.
• Oversight installation hook-up tubing impulse line installation termination activities ensure correct installation F&G devices detectors panels lead teams performing maintenance on well tie-ins brownfield modifications shutdown-related instrumentation provide daily supervision electrical instrument technicians strong emphasis instrumentation tasks ensure compliance offshore HSE standards PTW systems oversee instrument construction activities field instruments pressure transmitters switches flow instruments DP Vortex turbine etc level transmitters gauges temperature elements transmitters hydraulic actuators pneumatic actuators associated control loops perform supervise instrument calibration loop checking functional testing final QAQC verification test equipment documentation ensure timely preparation sign-off ITRs commissioning packs prepare work packs job cards drawings material requests mobilization participate offshore surveys translate findings work scopes coordinate closely engineering logistics project teams job readiness serve Permit Authority senior technical authority Permit-to-Work environment lead toolbox talks safety briefings safe execution daily activities
