DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experience in Constriction Relationship Management
Indepth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
Hands on experience in creating reporting and managing budgets
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Manage and track expenditures, financial goals, and budgets
Develop, plan, and implement commercial plans and strategies

Strategically expanding, preserving, or improving procedures and standards.
Resolving contractual and commercial problems.
Commercial managers will work for contractorsor subcontractors
Offering financial direction and instruction to the project team, ensuring they understand key aspects of the contract.
Reporting on financial performanceto the project managerand other senior staff members.
Assessing risk.
Managing and mentoring the quantity surveyingteam.
Perform market research and analyze threats and opportunities
Implement new customer acquisition strategies
Manage existing client relationships
Collaborate with, coordinate and train diverse teams such as marketing, sales and customer service
Establish and manage longterm relationship with stakeholders
Understand the requirements of existing customers
To plan, develop and implement commercial strategies based on our company targets and objectives with the main goal of supporting and accelerating growth.
